It comprises a short module with a surface area of 70 m2 (750 sq ft ), an interior surface area of 58 m2 (624 sq ft ) and an exterior surface area of 12 m2 (129 sq ft ).

This magnificent 'Zen Contemporary' house takes its name from the idea of the power of transformation, in the image of the Phoenix. It was the first in a series of six house models, each with its own unique characteristics. The idea of transformation comes from Panama's vision of high-quality homes like the models we’ve presented.

The kitchen features a pantry, a dishwasher's space integrated into the island and several storage spaces. It also features a stove hood, double sink and quartz-coated countertops and island. The living room, with its warm light streaming through its 10-foot-high patio door, will soothe you with its panoramic view of the premises. There's also a spacious master bedroom, including walk-in and adjacent bathroom. The latter features a glass shower with ceramic finish, a vanity and a toilet. It is accessible from both the master bedroom and the kitchen/living room.

Your covered outdoor balcony will let you make the most of your home and its entire surface area. This model offers you the possibility of creating a small outdoor kitchen, a relaxation area or even a small café corner.

You'll be able to personalize your interior by choosing the color of the floors, interior doors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, fixtures and bathroom.
