What is a PH or private community?

In a PH, the buyer owns his or her own home, which shares several common spaces with the rest of the private community. A PH or private community is much like a condo-style organization. A monthly basic fee is paid by each owner to finance the upkeep of common facilities on the PH: grass cutting, shrub trimming, pool maintenance, sidewalk cleaning etc., as well as to provide for future repairs to common areas.

Our material is made of steel coated with aluminum, zinc and magnesium, giving it properties up to seven times stronger than galvanized steel. Our universal modular systems, 20' wide by 37' long and 20' wide by 49' long, offers infinite possibilities for home design. The structure is pre-drilled and ready for seamless assembly.   

The advantage of steel structures, compared to the concrete block houses typical of Panama, is that construction of the structure is simplified and organized, making it efficient to built. As a result, new home buyers will be able to obtain their new home more quickly. The walls and roof, whose core is made of expanded polystyrene, are chosen for optimum insulation, thus offering greater coolness. The walls also feature Securock/Densglass fiberglass cladding, a commercial and residential-grade material that's lightweight and built to last. It's fire, moisture and weather resistant.

When obtaining your keys, you will also receive a site inspection and warranty contract.
