Julie Sirois and Conan Tremblay have shared their passions for 20 years. Entrepreneurial by nature, they began working together 10 years ago. 

A trained therapist with a passion for humanity, Julie has always worked with people, and over the years has earned the trust of her customers. An honest and attentive listener, you can be sure she'll meet all your needs. She has a knack for getting to the heart of your requirements and turning them into reality. She'll help you choose your land, your dream home, your financing needs and even guide you through the process of becoming a Panamanian resident. After almost 10 years living in Panama, Julie has developed a network of contacts and a good knowledge of the area. Inventor, creative and meticulous, Conan always has a solution.

Born into a family of boat builders, engineering and autonomous systems became not only a specialization but a passion for him. Having sailed all his life, he became a boat electro-mechanic as well as a captain.In 2010, he led a team to build a “Bed & Breakfast” in Panama, where he witnessed the lack of rigor and quality in the country's construction industry. That's why he set out to create contemporary modular homes, in collaboration with structural and civil engineers, in order to offer the best product on the market, in line with North American construction standards. Together, they created the world's seventh largest cricket farm for human consumption. The company closed in 2020 during the pandemic. However, while in business, it met with great success selling its product on Amazon in Canada and earning a rating of 4.9 stars out of 5 from its loyal customers. 

They then traveled the oceans, sailing from Montreal to Nova Scotia, then on to Florida and the Bahamas, where they turned their passion for sailing into a travel business.

They have enabled over thirty groups to sail the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas and discover the wonders of its pristine islands.   

In the last year and a half, Julie and Conan decided to come back to Panama and reconnect with the land. 

Observing the global situation, inflation rates, lack of freedom and declining quality of life, they unearthed a 4.5 hectares mountain lot with breathtaking panorama and a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. They have gone through all the stages of real estate development and have decided to share this dream location with 28 other families, couples or investors wishing to settle or even invest in Panama, for a better life. For more than 25 years, Jean-Pierre and Caroline have demonstrated a strong complicity. It’s been a guiding principle throughout their lives together.

Together they have become much more than a couple: they have built a true partnership, nurtured by respect, love and mutual admiration. In the little moments of everyday life, as in the big projects, they always find harmony, which pushes them to go further, to grow together and to turn every challenge into an opportunity.

After completing her training, Caroline threw herself passionately into entrepreneurship, inspired by her family roots. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, she grew up observing the inner workings of business. Her first experience was setting up a medical-aesthetic center. This opportunity enabled her to develop her business management skills. She quickly distinguished herself by her ability to create and manage high-performance teams of employees, while delivering customer service that lived up to expectations. Five years later, Caroline joined forces with her husband Jean-Pierre to realize a new project: launching a construction company in Quebec. She has put to good use the know-how and skills she has acquired over the years, playing a key role in the company's management and contributing greatly to its success. What's more, with her passion for decoration and design, Caroline uses her talents to create unique spaces for all her clients.

Today, Caroline will accompany you through the design of your home, the choice of materials and the realization of your vision to create the home of your dreams. 

Jean-Pierre, for his part, is passionate about his work, and is always on the lookout for ways to learn and improve. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen interest in the role of trainer, sharing and applying his know-how with meticulous skill. His love of new knowledge led him to excel in many fields, including sales, where he developed expertise in understanding and marketing various products.

Later, it was his passion for renovation that led him to turn this passion into a real profession. With a determined approach, he too chose the world of business. His strength and determination were major assets that enabled him to pass the general contractor's course with flying colors. Thanks to his commitment, perseverance and constant desire to learn, he acquired the skills needed to excel in the construction field.

With his solid skills, vast knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, Jean-Pierre will turn your ideas into a perfect reality. He makes a point of respecting every detail, so that your project reflects exactly what you imagine. With him, you can rest assured that your future home will be in good hands.

Finally, the acquisition of land in Panama in partnership with Julie and Conan was a key step in creating an ambitious and unique project.
