Julie Sirois and Conan Tremblay are the founders of Alta Vista La Laguna. Partners in life for over 20 years and in business for more than a decade, they combine a people-first approach with practical expertise in design, construction, and project development.

Julie brings warmth, clarity, and deep local knowledge to every client relationship. After nearly 10 years in Panama, she has developed a trusted network and a strong understanding of the area. Fluent in Spanish, she supports clients throughout their transition—from selecting the right lot and home to navigating the local process with confidence.

Conan brings the technical vision behind Modulex Casa. With a background in engineering, electro-mechanics, autonomous systems, and project building, he is known for his creativity, precision, and solution-oriented approach. After witnessing the inconsistency of traditional construction in Panama, he helped develop modern modular homes engineered to meet North American standards of quality, durability, and comfort.

Together, Julie and Conan have built and led successful ventures in Canada, Panama, and the Bahamas—from sustainable food production to hospitality and sailing experiences. Their shared vision for Alta Vista La Laguna is simple: to create a beautiful, thoughtfully developed mountain community where families, couples, and investors can enjoy a more intentional life in Panama.
