It comprises two short modules with a surface area of 140 m2 (1500 sq ft ), with an interior surface area of 95 m2 (1023 sq ft ) and an exterior surface area of 47 m2 (506 sq ft ).

Like the Lotus that blooms each morning and closes each evening, this medium-sized model evokes a sense of plenitude by harmonizing indoor and outdoor life.

It's the perfect balance for enjoying the pleasures of life in Panama's tropical climate.

The kitchen boasts a pantry, space for a dishwasher's space integrated into the island and several storage areas. It also features a stove hood, double sink and quartz-coated countertops and island. In this model, the living room is slightly separated from the kitchen, yet remains connected to a large 10-foot-high patio door, for a visual delight of the view of the premises.  It also includes a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The latter contains a glass-enclosed shower with ceramic finish, a vanity and a toilet. It is accessible exclusively from the master bedroom. This model  includes a guest bedroom. You’ll also have access to the storage / laundry room, and to a shared bathroom featuring a ceramic-finish glass shower, a cabinet and a toilet,  from the living room .

Your covered outdoor balcony will let you take full advantage of your home and all its space. For foodies, its surface area offers the possibility of creating a large outdoor kitchen, a living room and a relaxation area.
